The best leaders do not rely on bullet points and slide shows to inspire, persuade, or gain cooperation. These leaders use stories to answer three essential questions:
- Who Am I?
- Who Are We?
- Where Are We Going?
In this session, Marlene Johnson will share with you the power of organizational storytelling to influence corporate culture. Over-use of slideware can sidetrack leaders into worrying more about formatting slides than taking advantage of important communication opportunities. Join us to learn why more and more companies are embracing storytelling as a key leadership skill and how stories can help you build credibility, change negative perceptions, and influence action.
